Hello. Can it be purchased without the number plate holder and wiring kit and if so what would the price be? It is to replace an existing one which is already mounted and wired up. I live in a rural area and we don't have mail delivery, only a post office box. I have been a previous customer for a light bar which I am happy with, but I am selling the car with light bar attached. Thanks Les
