Ok and best for benching
"The way the bar is positioned it makes squatting way, too awkward as it gets in the way. Not only that, if you’re fatigued and lifting heavy that tiny space is too small to be able to quickly and safely put the bar down. If you lift the wider arms higher than they are wobbly as the bar is narrower. I’d recommend for bench pressing only or light squats and lunges and spend probably 200 more to get something better for heavier squats etc ."
